Gilbert is based in Nashville, TN, and has been teaching yoga since 2017. Gilbert provides a space for the curious to explore and discover their inner strengths through mindful movement and breath. His approach to yoga is accessible, light-hearted, and anchored in gratitude.
Yoga is for everyone and every body is unique. He believes we are at best when we get to be ourselves and strives to provide a space where everyone is welcome. His class will be challenging, there will be sweat and growth, and if all goes well, you'll leave with a smile and feeling better than when you showed up.
